Shipping Time

Order processing time = We‘ll ship the item in 0-2 business days and upload the tracking number ASAP

Can I cancel the order after placing the order?

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. To cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, email support@zoyiu.com. After 12 hours, cancellations will follow our Return Policy.

Is there a fee for canceling an order?

Refunds within 12 hours of order placement incur no handling fee. After 12 hours, refer to our Return Policy. Note: PayPal charges a refund fee.

After canceling the order, how will the refund be returned?

Refunds within 12 hours are processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds after 12 hours take 1-10 business days. Please refer to our Return Policy.
